Missing and Endangered Person

NNPD needs the public’s assistance locating a missing adult. Wayne Bernard Jennings, a 60 year-old black male was last seen on August 13 around 6:30 am. He is 6’2” and weighs 200 pounds. He was last seen in the area of Anne Drive and was wearing a gray t-shirt and tan sweat pants.

Because of a medical condition he is considered to be endangered.
