Bank Robbery

On January 27, 2024, at 10:54 am, Officers responded to Langley Federal credit Union in the 12000 block of Jefferson Avenue in reference to a robbery. The reporting person, an employee of the bank, stated that a black male approximately 5‘10“, wearing a COVID-style mask entered the bank, implied he had a weapon and demanded cash (see photo below). The suspect then left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash and fled on foot. There were no injuries, and the suspect did not display a firearm. Detectives and forensics are on scene and the investigation remains ongoing.
